Project Details

HDFFA will use the Community Innovation Fund to expand their Grow & Give program. With the addition of
efficiently insulated coolers HDFFA will be able to offer produce donation locations at community gardens, gleans, and farmers markets to increase food donations by 3,000 lbs in 2023. This will promote sustainability and build on long-term processes that support food recovery and food waste advocacy, and feed those experiencing food insecurity in our community.
