The Humble Beet, which officially opened for business in June 2018 after nine months of renovations, offers a deli, local coffee by Still Vibrato, 100% organic and non-GMO to-go items, and 100% organic produce - locally grown in Oregon whenever possible. The new owners purchased the business from organic produce pioneers Bob and Mary Devore.
