Wildflowers hike on Broken Top

Witness the spectacular glaciated scenery, windblown pines and hemlocks, and alpine wildflowers in the High Cascades west of Bend with wildflower expert Stu Garrett. We will have breath-taking views of the Sisters and Broken Top. We will visit a hidden glacial lake that frequently has icebergs floating in it. We will do mostly off-trail hiking through the Three Sisters Wilderness, so hiker numbers are limited.
Meet at 8am, back in the late afternoon.
Please bring a lunch & snacks; 6 miles round trip with 1,700ft. elevation gain; moderate to strenuous, and not suitable for beginners; no dogs.
