Join the Deschutes Land Trust and land steward Jen Zalewski for a tour of the Whychus Creek restoration project at Whychus Canyon Preserve. Explore the first phase of a major creek and meadow that is changing the face of the Preserve and creating much better habitat for fish and wildlife. See the role science plays in the modern restoration and management of private lands to benefit fish and wildlife on this moderate 2-mile hike. Bring snacks, water, sturdy hiking shoes.
