Speaker Bio:
Bridget Moran leads the development of the Deschutes River Basin’s Habitat Conservation Plan as Field Supervisor for the Bend Office of the US Fish and Wildlife Service, advising on habitat and species needs.
Moderator Bio:
Lisa Seales, PhD, manages the DRC’s On-Farm and Water Marketing programs and facilitates the Deschutes Basin Water Collaborative.
