Self-Care and Work After 2020

This interactive workshop will offer engaging ideas for employees to explore their well-being at work and craft strategies for bouncing back (or bouncing forward to the new uncharted “normal”). We’ll explore three areas:
1. Strategies for closing the stress cycle.
2. Courage as a strategy for wellness and how incorporating vulnerability can get us there.
3. Why team health matters and our part in it going forward.
