Reframing the Urban Growth Debate, a presentation by Eben Fodor, a professional community planning consultant.
The current process of planning the Urban Growth Boundary will determine what kind of city Bend will become. This presentation by Eben Fodor will raise the bar for local dialogue on this topic by providing the best available information and data sources regarding planning and land use matters. It will challenge us to think critically and constructively when evaluating the common mythology that “all urban growth is good,” and inform Bend’s decisions about how and where to grow without sacrificing our quality of life.
