In this creative non-fiction book, Goldfarb explores the profound impact that beavers have on our world, from wetland creation, to salmon health, to drought prevention, to fighting climate change. Eager looks back at how the decline of beavers has changed landscapes worldwide, and how activists—called ‘Beaver Believers’—are working to restore this influential species to its former glory.
