Metolius Preserve Wander

$65 – $75Explore your Land Trust Preserves in a whole new way: the Wander! Join Derek Loeb for a short stroll with easy walking to learn about one of our flagship Preserves, the Metolius Preserve. We’ll explore the south entrance of the Preseve including its forks of Lake Creek and its sometimes overlooked glacial geology. Along the way, we will also see examples of a forest restoration that is helping bring back the old-growth pines of the Preserve. Registration is required and opens 1
month prior to the event.
Rating: Easy, ~1 mile walk.
What to Bring: Snacks, water, sturdy hiking shoes. Dress for the weather.
