Meet Your Farmer Dinner at Barrio featuring Imperial Stock Ranch

Locally-sourced Farm-to-table dinner featuring five course meal by Chef Steven Draheim showcasing lamb bomba, lamb carnitas, and leg of lamb shepherd’s pie with green chili mashers. A presentation by local farmers Dan and Jeanne Carver of Imperial Stock Ranch whose ranch has been raising sheep and cattle, and producing grains and hay for more than 140 years. Under their visionary leadership, the historic family ranch has become a model for sustainable agriculture and produces  hand crafted meats, wool, yarn and apparel. Central Oregon Locavore supports local food and farms through its permanent indoor farmers market and community education.
