Rooted in Place: A Groundbreaking Celebration

Join us as we break ground on the next chapter of our building’s story and celebrate the roots we share with this place.Before construction begins, we’re inviting our community to help carefully dig up native plants from our garden and grounds to take them home to replant. It’s a unique opportunity to keep a living piece of our shared landscape growing throughout Central Oregon, while making space for the next chapter of climate and community work at our site.Enjoy light refreshments, hear a brief update on what’s ahead for our building, and then we’ll work together to dig up plants. Come connect with others who care about sustainability, stewardship, and resilience. Let’s build forward, together – and take our roots with us.
