How to Fix a Broken River

June 19 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

The Deschutes River flows right through the heart of Central Oregon and is probably one of your favorite places. Unfortunately, at various times throughout the year, sections of the river suffer from low streamflow resulting in poor water quality, degraded habitat for fish and wildlife, and streambank erosion.
Come find out how working with the irrigation community and other basin stakeholders is the key to fixing this problem. There’s a lot work to be done and we need you to be a part of the solution!

Please join Deschutes River Conservancy Program Director Kate Fitzpatrick on Monday, June 19th for a community conversation about the current state of the Upper Deschutes River and how you can support long-term restoration.
