Field Crop Farm Tour

The High Desert Food and Farm Alliance (HDFFA) is pleased to announce Field Crop farm tour on Saturday, August 13th, 9am-12:45pm. This is the final tour in the five-part High Desert Educational Agriculture Tour Series (EATS).

Tour participants will visit three Jefferson County farms: Macy Farms, Deerfield Farms and CalFarms and hear from these farmers producing major field crops such as mint, garlic, and potatoes. The tour starts and finishes Sahalee Park at the Madras Saturday Market. Tickets are $5.00 and available online here. Pre-registration is required.

All tour members will be entered into a raffle at the end of each tour for a unique gift and people participating in all five tours will be entered into a special grand prize drawing.
