Fermenting is Fun and Easy
Learn fermentation to make delicious food cheaply and easily! Fermented food is full of beneficial live cultures. Take this workshop and you’ll be able to turn vegetables from the bottom of your fridge and garden into mustard, kimchi, sour pickles and more. Led by a Master Food Preserver, this workshop will stretch your budget but not your waistline! You’ll try fermented goodies at the workshop, go home with a batch of fermented cucumbers that you make, and with a special fermenting lid.
