The Environmental Center is partnering with Smolich Nissan to offer deep discounts on a Nissan Leaf to Central Oregonians. Right now until June 30, you can get up to $17,500 off the retail cost of a Leaf: $10,000 in manufacturer and local dealer discounts plus a federal tax credit of up to $7,500.
