At Central Oregon Zero Energy Enthusiasts (COZEE) events we get together to stoke our enthusiasm for energy-efficient buildings in the Central Oregon region. Join us for a site tour, happy hours, and more, to learn together and share a vision for better buildings.
Solaire is the first green homebuilder in Central Oregon. Since 1995, they have crafted high-performance custom homes that use less energy and have healthier indoor air quality. AND they are cost comparable with homes built to standard code!
One of the homeowners, Mary Hearn, is an ADU enthusiast with real experience, having built two ADUs in Bend on her own properties as an addition to an existing property and on this new construction that you will be able to tour. She is small-scale real estate developer focused on infill projects: duplexes, triplexes, ADU’s.
