Bend’s Transportation Plan: Neighborhood Workshop 3

The City of Bend will host five 2 1/2-hour long workshops in January 2019.  The workshops are for you to share:

• • How you’d like transportation to work in your neighborhood.
  • What you need in your neighborhood for you to be able to get around.

This workshop is targeted to people in the Awbrey Butte, Summit West and River West neighborhoods, but anyone is welcome to attend.

The City will use this information to help create a list of neighborhood projects and programs.  The City will also share progress on Bend’s Transportation Plan. The first half hour of the workshop you can review work that has been done on the transportation plan to date. The following two hours will be an active workshop where attendees will work together in small groups to provide input on neighborhood transportation needs. Attendees are asked to stay for the entire workshop, if possible, to contribute to all of the workshop activities.
