Appraising Green Homes Trainings

Earn the designation that signals the highest level of expertise on energy efficiency and green building. Our Appraising Green Homes courses provide professionals with the opportunity to learn the differences between “green” and “code” built homes, as well as gain the data and tools needed to apply adjustments to appraisal assignments.

7 Credit Hours per Module. Approved by Oregon Appraiser Certification and Licensure Board (ACLB) Provider Earth Advantage.

• July 17th: Module 1: Construction Methods and Trends
• July 18th: Module 2: Valuation Techniques
• July 19th: Module 3: Advanced Applications

Course fee: $125 per module or $350 for complete series. Groups of 3 or more: $50 off, first 15 to register: $100 off. Class size is limited.
