America Recycles Day

America Recycles Day aims to educate and increase the amount Americans collectively recycle. This national awareness effort is an initiative by Keep America Beautiful, an organization committed to helping citizens, businesses and governments to find solutions to preventing and reducing waste and beautifying communities.
Thousands of events take place across the country in honor of America Recycles Day! We hope you’ll participate by amping up the efforts a bit today. In Bend, the Rethink Waste Project Repair Cafe on November 14-15 would be a great event to attend. Come repair your items (for free!) instead of replacing them.
