Central Oregon Community Forum, in partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association, the Council on Aging of Central Oregon, Center for Age Friendly Excellence- Bend, Peaceful Presence, and Diversability Inc.

Wednesday, April 6, 6:00-7:30 pm on Zoom

We welcome you to learn more about the Alzheimer’s Association’s work and to share your experiences to help more people in our community get connected to dementia resources, support, or brain health information. The meeting is expected to last about 90 minutes on Zoom, offering time for your questions and an opportunity to connect with other community members. We’d like to know how we can better support our Central Oregon community.
