In Part 2, Derick O’Neill, current Director of Planning & Development Services for the City of Boise will discuss how his community revitalized downtown Boise into a successful urban core.

Prior to his role at the City of Boise, Derick was a principal with O’Neill Enterprises, LLC, a residential/mixed-use real estate development company. Over the past twenty years, he has played a significant role in the creation of neighborhoods and communities throughout the state of Idaho.
