All About ADUs

This half-day course is intended to help real estate and building professionals understand the basic planning and building regulations for ADU development in the City of Bend. Participants will gain critical information to help them to respond to increasing client demand for properties with ADU potential, as well as the opportunity to earn the ‘ADU Specialist’ professional accreditation.
