Basecamp has said it best themselves: The idea behind is simple: 25 graciously conceived townhomes, born of the natural wonder and beauty of Central Oregon, brought to a walkable location close to downtown. One block from the Deschutes River, and minutes on foot to Downtown Bend or the Old Mill.
This home had a variety of features that help it achieve an EPS of 77 including: above code insulation, continuous weather barrier, high performance windows, tankless hot water heaters, Energy Star appliances, high efficiency HVAC, LED lighting, low flow water fixtures, and bathroom lighting/fan controls.
On our countdown to the Tour, this is the second of 4 to have an ADU, which you can see on the ground floor as you walk by and will also be able to snoop around in on the day of the tour.
So far, 8 Earth Advantage Certified townhomes have been built and 4 have been sold. The remaining 17 will come in future phases.
