High Desert Museum Job Opportunity – Facilities Technician

The Facilities Technician is primarily responsible for maintaining all physical Museum buildings, systems, and grounds. This includes water systems, electrical, HVAC, sewer, fire suppression, irrigation, landscaping, alarm system, security system, forest management, snow removal and other related duties. This position is for a very well-rounded individual who is skilled in all the trades, is an astute trouble-shooter, and has a strong desire to ensure the museum is safe and well maintained for our guests and staff. Must be a good communicator who works well with a team. The workdays for this position are Tuesday through Saturday.
