In light of this year’s dramatic fire season, ecologist, writer, and photographer, George Wuerthner will speak about wildfire ecology, and how communities can be prepared for large, uncontrolled wildfire like Washington’s Carlton Complex blaze. George is the author of 35 books about national parks, wilderness areas, mountain ranges, and conservation and wildlife issues, including wildfire.
