Repair Café w/ Deschutes Public Library
June 18 @ 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Wednesday, June 18, 2025 4:00 PM-6:00 PM
Redmond Library, 827 SW Deschutes Ave, Redmond, OR 97756
Got a broken something? Bring it to this free Repair Café! The Environmental Center's Rethink Waste Project hosts Repair Cafés, which are free events that connect people with broken stuff with people who like to fix stuff. Stuff like jewelry, small furniture, small appliances and electronics, outdoor gear, clothing, and more. We are excited to hold this event in partnership with Deschutes Public Library. Interested in being a fixer? Fill out the fixer volunteer form here. Contact naomi@envirocenter.org with any questions.
Note: RSVP'ing for the Repair Cafe helps us plan and send reminders and updates, but it does not guarantee a spot in line for fixing. All fixing is first come, first serve, and one item at a time. Doors open at 4:00pm and attendees can join the line at that time. Typically the line is longest in the beginning, and the event quiets down the second hour, so we recommend coming a bit later to avoid the line. All fixing is done by volunteers and is never guaranteed, but a majority of items are fixed, and for those not fixed they can still provide helpful guidance. We will have a runner who will make trips to the hardware store if parts are needed. While the event and repairs are free, you will be responsible for the cost of any additional parts. This is unusal, but please bring cash for parts just in case!
Un evento comunitario GRATUITO que conecta a personas con cosas rotas junto con personas a las que les gusta arreglar cosas! Contacta priscilla@envirocenter.org si lo necesitas ayuda.
