History of the Seneca-Cayuga Nation of Oklahoma with William Tarrant

$65 – $75November is Native American Heritage Month and COCC would like to invite you to join for a series of in-person and virtual events, coordinated by Michelle Cary. These events are free, but donations to the First Nations Student Union Scholarship are greatly appreciated! Events are wide-ranging and focus on areas such as generational trauma, oral traditions, and the beauty of Native American flute music. - History of the Seneca-Cayuga Nation of Oklahoma with William Tarrant, Culture and Historic Preservation Director for our tribes. William will share a brief history of how these bands of Seneca and Cayuga Indians came to be in the Oklahoma territory from the upper New York area. I am proud to present this event about my tribe.
