Rent Our Facility
Facility Closure as of July 1, 2025
As we plan for our facility expansion and renovation, The Environmental Center will close all room rentals to the public beginning July 1, 2025.

- Renovating and modernizing our facility in Bend: meeting/collaboration spaces, kitchen, and offices.
- Adding state-of-the-art heating and cooling, energy efficiency, and solar systems.
- Improve accessibility for people with disabilities.
- Enhance outdoor learning spaces, including the community garden and greenhouse.
We would like to thank our recurring and new renters for hosting your events with us. We hope to reopen in the Spring of 2026 with new room rental options and features for community gatherings and events. Please keep an eye on our website for updates on the timeline.

- Community Room (2 - or combined into 1 larger space)
- Bend Library (Downtown Bend location will be closed Spring 2026 - Spring 2027
- Meyer Room - has AV eqpt, holds ~20 ppl
- Brooks Room - has AV eqpt, ~ 80 person capacity
