Success: We’ll double outdoor days this year!

We did it! 

Our goal was to raise $7,000 in order to double our outdoor programming during the 2016-2017 school year. And your response was incredible! Thank you to everyone who donated to this campaign and demonstrated support for outdoor days.

We have some great news to share: We received an unexpected grant from the Gray Family Foundation that helped us exceed our goal. This will now allow us to do EVEN MORE with your dollars!

This funding, along with the matching support we’ll receive from The Children’s Forest of Central Oregon, means that more local students will make a connection to the natural world. More teachers will receive the supply kits they need to organize outdoor days. And most importantly, morelocal youth will have access to an experience that may lead them to a pro-environment lifestyle as adults.

We’re so excited to share in this success with you, and we can’t wait to work with more students beginning this fall. This wouldn’t be possible without you! Thank you for your generous support over the last four weeks.
