Emma is a recovering technologist focused on grassroots impact and community resilience as levers for widespread pro-ecological change. With a background spanning computational neuroscience, data analytics, and program management, she brings a unique skillset to bear on sustainability challenges in Central Oregon: diverting usable waste, incentivizing renewable energy infrastructure, and cultivating a circular economy. Emma currently holds positions as a policy leader at ReCoHere Co-op, principal data scientist at Multiphi, and recycling coordinator at MacTek.
