November Green Drinks celebrates Native American Heritage Month

The month is a time to celebrate rich and diverse cultures, traditions, and histories and to acknowledge the important contributions of Native people. This month is also referred to as the American Indian and Alaska Native Heritage Month.

We will gather for storytelling, a leisurely hike, and warm tea from local farmer, Spring Alaska Schreiner, owner of Sakari Farms. We have invited our Indigenous neighbors to share in storytelling. People can hike at their own leisure, and we encourage you to think of these stories and the Indigenous People who lived on these lands while you hike.

This event is free but we ask that you register in advance. We hope to see you there!
