Lauren joined The Environmental Center in 2015 and feels lucky to be surrounded by people and ideas that create positive impact in Central Oregon. Lauren studied communications and media at Butler University in Indianapolis, and has worked in both the nonprofit sector and advertising agencies. Lauren is passionate about spending time outside and being involved in the local community. She’s a dedicated volunteer with the Mid-Oregon chapter of the Pacific Crest Trail Association, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Children’s Forest of Central Oregon.
