Save the Date! The 2024 Earth Day Fair and Parade will take place on Saturday, April 20th.
This family-friendly event typically features a lively and inclusive parade through downtown Bend where folks are encouraged to wear costumes to showcase their favorite thing about planet earth. During the fair, food vendors, booths, and performers offer something for everyone.

Earth Day Fair & Parade 2024 Schedule

11:00-11:30am | Gather for the parade at the corner of Louisiana and Bond.

11:30am-12:00pm | Short parade through downtown Bend, led by the Earth Guardians, Maya T’aan, and Grupo Tlalok from the Portland/Metro area. Costumes encouraged! No signs and no motorized vehicles.

12:00pm | Gather on Troy Field for a short opening story from Teafly and the Earth Guardians; welcoming remarks from The Environmental Center.

1:00pm | Performance by Fodeliche Syzzla and group.

2:00pm | Traditional Mayan drumming and dancing led by Grupo Maya, Mexica Chichimeca danza.

12:00-3:00pm | Fair featuring an activity zone, EV Mobility hub showcase, garden activities, free face painting, and local food and vendors.
