Summer Camp Payments

This payment form is only for families who have registered for their 2023 Summer Camp session through JotForm first.

Refund/Cancellation policy: Cancellations 3 weeks before camp receive a 100% refund. Cancellations 2 weeks before camp will receive a 50% refund. If cancellation occurs 1 week or less before the camp session, fees cannot be refunded. Cancellation must be received in writing or confirmed verbally with Becky Yaeger, Youth Education Program Manager: becky@envirocenter.org.
