To see a map of project locations and to sign up\, visit https://www.solveoregon.org/beach-riverside-cleanup. \nCentral Oregon projects currently include:\n\n\nSunriver Nature Center: Upper Deschutes River Cleanup – 9:00 am – 12:00 pm \n\n\nSisters Community Cleanup Day – 8:00 am – 12:00 pm \n\nDeschutes River Cleanup – 9:00 am – 12:00 pm\nOchoco Creek Fall Instream Cleanup – 12:00 – 3:00 pm\nSparks Lake Cleanup – 8:30 am – 2:00 pm\nSurf Wave River Cleanup – 8:30 am – 11:30 am\n\nYour efforts will be part of something bigger! This cleanup is part of NEEF – National Public Lands Day and the Ocean Conservancy’s International Coastal Cleanup. Volunteers around the country and the world will be taking care of their special places\, so let’s do our part.

Together we can make sure Oregon can remain the amazing place we all love. \nThe idea of people coming together on Earth Day to take care of and celebrate our planet began more than 45 years ago and was a perfect fit for SOLVE and our volunteers. In 1990\, SOLVE IT for Earth Day took root in the Greater Portland-Metro area\, fusing our hands-on approach with this worldwide day of service. Since then\, SOLVE IT for Earth Day has grown into Oregon’s largest Earth Day service event. \nOver the past 27 years more than 112\,000 volunteers have removed 15 million pounds of litter and invasive plants from illegal dumpsites\, neighborhoods\, and natural areas as part of this global event. \n*Projects available around the state!
