Oregon League of Conservation Voters, GOTV Organizer
Are you an experienced organizer interested in motivating community members and helping turnout brand new voters in this election? The Bus Project Foundation (The Bus) and The Oregon League of Conservation Voters Education Fund (OLCV-EF) are partnering up on an innovator program to mobilize people at the neighborhood level and help ensure a successful, inclusive, and broadly empowering first election cycle for Oregon’s new landmark automatic registration law – Oregon Motor Voter. We are seeking highly driven and dynamic people to join the team to recruit, train, and empower volunteers and Get Out The Vote (GOTV) this fall. Oregon League of Conservation Voters, Field Organizer
Are you interested in the environment? OLCV is expanding! The Oregon League of Conservation Voters is seeking a motivated, community-focused individual to join our staff as a full-time Field Organizer in Bend, OR. During the fall of 2016, OLCV will work in Bend to recruit volunteers and communicate with our members and environmental voters about our endorsed candidates. The Field Organizer will help set and will be responsible for meeting recruiting, contact, and voter ID goals in targeted areas. The position includes working nights and weekends throughout the fall. Sisters Seed to Table, Farm Manager
The Sisters Seed to Table Program’s mission is to increase the health and wellness of the Sisters community through providing equal access to nutritious and local foods and through providing farm based health and science education. The program has an amazing opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about farming and education. We are seeking to hire a farm manager to manage the 1.5 acre farm and assist with on-site farm education for the Sisters, Oregon community. The Farm Manager must have prior experience farming, be a self-starter, innovative and good at problem solving. This position is seasonal, running from February 15th-October 31st. Children’s Forest of Central Oregon, NatureHoods Coordinator
The Children’s Forest of Central Oregon is seeking an AmeriCorps member to join our team as the NatureHoods Coordinator. The NatureHoods Coordinator will develop and implement opportunities for local students and families to engage with and learn about nature in their local parks. The position will expand our NatureHoods science curriculum to be delivered to K-5 students in their neighboring parks, coordinate student projects in partnership with local Park & Recreation districts, and deliver school and family nature education programs.
