DESCRIPTION:Race Information:\nThis downhill road race is perfect for people looking to keep it in the 5- to 10K range. You’ll fly as you head from the Cascade Lakes Welcome Center and finish at Riverbend Park. \nSUNDAY OCTOBER 4th 2020. Wave Starts beginning at 9:00am Cascade Lakes Welcome Center \nPACKET PICKUP and Paper Registration at Footzone on Saturday 10/3 from 2-6pm\n \nCourse-The Bigfoot 10K:\nThe course in its third year will start at the Cascade Lakes Welcome Center and wind downhill on the bike path and connect to the Deschutes River Trail finishing at Riverbend Park. This half pavement half smooth wide trail is a fun\, fast and scenic course with nearly 500 ft of elevation loss \nDue to the wave start format\, you’ll have plenty of room but be respectful of others and wear facial covering when a distance of 6 feet cannot be maintained. \nCOURSE MAP \nCharity: All proceeds go to support the Bend/LaPine high school cross-country teams\nQuestions? centraloregonrunningklub@gmail.com
