SUMMARY:Fall Repair Cafe at High Desert Maker Mill
DESCRIPTION:Join the Rethink Waste Project for our first weekend Repair Cafe at the High Desert Maker Mill. We’ll have volunteer fixers on hand to repair your broken items\, for free! Items to bring include: \n\nSmall appliances\nClothing (just repairs\, no alterations please)\nOutdoor Gear\nSmall furniture\nJewelry\nRepairs requiring welding\nSki and snowboard tuning\nElectronics\nIf you’re not sure\, bring it!\n\nThis event is being held in conjunction with America Recycles Day\, November 15th\, a nationwide initiative to encourage Americans to reuse and recycle more. \nIn addition to the 2 day repair cafe opportunities to get your broken items fixed\, the High Desert Maker Mill will be hosting a weekend of demonstrations and activities that highlight all that this new maker space has to offer the community. \nIf you have questions about this event\, or are interested in becoming a volunteer fixer\, please contact denise by email or phone\, (541)385-6908 x14 \nHigh Desert Maker Mill\n213 SW Colombia St\, Bend OR 97702 \nRead up about our Repair Cafes.
