Registrants will be given tips\, tricks\, hands-on experiences and learn the many different methods of storing summer produce for year-round use that preserves nutritional integrity and follows food safety guidelines. \nThe Food School Program is a hands-on approach bringing local chefs\, farmers\, ranchers and herbalists together with the community as they teach their trades in a fun and approachable manner to those that want to learn all about food! \nEvent is $8 for members\, $10 for non-members\, with limited registration.
