Savannah Romero will discuss how IllumiNative is using research\, narrative\, and culture change strategies to disrupt invisibility and toxic misconceptions about Native peoples within diverse sectors of American society. DESCRIPTION:Registration is now open for  webinar “A Sense of Place: Indigenous Perspectives of Earth and Sky\,” featuring Dr. Henrietta Mann. \nDr. Henrietta Mann\, Tsetsehestaestse (Cheyenne) was Director/Professor in Native American Studies at the University of Montana\, Missoula for some 28 years. In 2000 she became the first individual to occupy the Katz Endowed Chair in Native American Studies at Montana State University\, Bozeman where she is Professor Emerita\, and was Special Assistant to the President from 2003-2016. She is the founding President of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribal College.
