DESCRIPTION:Local students passionate about sustainability in their school and community are invited to join the Green Leadership Coalition at The Environmental Center on May 24th\, from 4-6 pm. This month’s topic will be GLC in the garden. Denise Rowcroft\, Garden for Every School Program Manager\, will give an overview of the program and discuss ways high school students can plug in and get involved. How much effort does it take to make it work?  How is a residential All-Season Greenhouse different from a typical greenhouse? Does it need winter heating? What happens when temperatures drop to minus 20 degrees? Won’t it overheat in the summer?
