SUMMARY:Blooms & Bees Tour
DESCRIPTION:Sunriver Nature Center & Observatory each Wednesday for an immersive experience to learn all about the extraordinary world of flowers and their pollinators. The tour will begin along the shore of Lake Aspen to learn about Sunriver’s forest ecosystem and the predominant flora of the area. Followed by a tour of the botanic garden led by SNCO’s resident plant specialist\, to explore the diversity of habitats and native plants found in the high desert of Oregon. The tour will wrap up with a peek into a honey bee hive to see how bees and humans benefit from the pollinator-plant relationship. \nTour will meet in the amphitheater.
