DESCRIPTION:Join KPOV at Volcanic Theatre Pub on Monday\, February 25th for a screening of the award winning\, musically focused film “American Folk”.\n\nThe film tells the story of Joni and Elliott as they\, in the wake of the 9/11 tragedy\, make an unexpected journey across the US taking in the kindness of all of the ‘folk’ that make America what it is. Featuring acting and music by real-life singer/songwriters Amber Rubarth and Joe Purdy.\n\nDoors open at 7:00pm\, Showtime is 7:30pm. General admission tickets are $10 in advance and $12 at the door. Movie Night with KPOV is a fundraiser for KPOV!
