SUMMARY:Sustainable Oregon 2015
DESCRIPTION:Sustainable Oregon is a three-day interactive learning experience featuring cutting-edge educational sessions and workshops\, local and national experts and speakers\, facility tours\, valuable networking opportunities\, and an awards program celebrating the achievements of Oregon’s recycling\, reuse\, and waste reduction businesses and leaders. \nSustainable Oregon provides stakeholders in Oregon’s recycling and waste prevention community with the knowledge and resources to address current challenges in the industry\, implement and improve recycling programs\, advocate for policies and initiatives that advance recycling and waste prevention\, and support the development of a generation of professionals for whom sustainability is a core tenant of their work and life philosophy. \nRegistration\nRegistration is $425 for members\, $525 for nonmembers\, and $300 for students. Rates for single-day attendance are also available. Earlybird rate ends May 15. \nHotel\nBe sure to mention that you are with “AOR” to get the special conference rate. \nConference rate is guaranteed until May 20. \nExhibit\nJoin us in Bend to network with recycling and solid waste professionals from around the region. \nRegister by May 15\, and your commercial booth is just $650; nonprofis and government agencies can participate for only $550. Fees increase after this date. \nBooth fee includes one conference registration worth $425\, meals\, snacks\, conference attendee list\, conference sessions\, welcome reception\, Thursday night dinner banquet\, and Friday Recycler of the Year awards luncheon. \nSIGN UP TO EXHIBIT \nSponsor\nWith opportunities ranging from $250-$5\,000\, there’s a sponsorship package right for you. Depending on which package you choose\, your sponsorship comes with an array of benefits\, which may include complimentary conference registrations\, golf passes\, an exhibit booth\, and your company ad in the conference program. \nTo receive full sponsorship benefits\, we must receive your sponsorship and all applicable files by Friday\, May 1. \nSPONSOR \nSilent Auction\nAOR is looking for donations for the silent auction. DESCRIPTION:Bend Farmers Market is blossoming into one of Oregon’s leading farm–direct marketplaces\, bringing together growers and producers with people who hunger for fresh\, local\, healthful foods and agricultural goods. The Market occurs once a week downtown in the Brooks Street Alley-way behind the Tower Theater and now we’ve added a Friday Market at Mountain View High School! We’ve also continued to reach out to the community as the first farmers market in Oregon to launch a Farm to School program. \nWednesday Market\n3-7 pm June 3rd thru October 14th- Brooks Alley\, Downtown Bend \nFriday Market\n2-6 pm\, June 19th thru August 21st- Mountain View High North Parking Lot
