Bend local Kevin Grove will be discussing avalanche safety\, backcountry ski adventures\, and his efforts to establish an avalanche warning center in Central Oregon. The presentation will also feature an amazing video about avalanches in the Cascades\, including nail-biting footage of Kevin himself narrowly escaping an avalanche on South Sister. So join Oregon Wild and our friends at Bend Brewing Company for this special (and cozy!) winter Wild Wednesday and leave savvy and inspired! \nGet to Bend Brewing Company by 5:30 to claim a good spot and a delicious brew. Space is limited.
