SUMMARY:OSU Cascades Site Plan Open House
DESCRIPTION:Site Plan for Phase I of OSU-Cascades expansion\nPublic Meeting \nOregon State University – Cascades is proposing to develop a\n10.44 acre parcel located at 1500 SW Chandler Avenue\, Bend\,\nOR 97702\, northwest of the intersection of SW Chandler Avenue\nand SW Century Drive. The site\, currently zoned (CL) Limited\nCommercial\, will include approximately 138\,000 sf of academic\,\nresidential\, and retail development along with site development\namenities which include pathways for pedestrians and bicycles\,\naccess roadways\, parking and public plazas.
