HDC has been promoting diversity and creating a safe, welcoming environment for all people in Central Oregon since 1992.

ONDA is a 1,400 member grassroots organization that successfully uses education, science, litigation, and advocacy to achieve its mission to protect, defend and restore Oregon's native deserts.
