2012 Earth Day Fair and Parade Apr 01, 2012: The Environmental Center will celebrate Earth Day by hosting its annual Earth Day Fair and Parade on Saturday, April 21st. The annual community event, now in its 23nd year, is a celebration of sustainable living that will include live music, local food, activities and games for children, non-profit organizations and green businesses.

2011 Sustainability Award Winners Honored Oct 13, 2011: The 2011 Sustainability Awards were announced today by The Environmental Center at a celebration at The Oxford Hotel in downtown Bend. The Environmental Center received 24 nominations and the winners were selected by a community review committee.
Nominations for the 2011 Sustainability Award are now being accepted Jul 26, 2011: The Environmental Center is now accepting nominations for the 2011 Sustainability Awards. Nominations will be accepted through August 31st. Awards will be given to a citizen, business and organization (agency and nonprofit), that is leading the way to a sustainable future in Central Oregon.
