Due to a strong interest in extending workshop discussion time, Volunteer Connect has decided to facilitate a volunteer manager discussion group session.
Preliminary topics for this open discussion are, "Dealing with volunteer management challenges", "Training staff to work with volunteers" and "Volunteer Recruitment success stories", however those are just starting points! This will be a great opportunity for volunteer managers to share their challenges and successes in the hopes of creating solutions together.
Cost: This event is free for Volunteer Connect partner organizations and we ask a $10 contribution for non-partner participants.
