Be introduced to the language of cooking. A technique of cooking without recipes that is unique to the School of Natural Cookery. You will observe techniques of cooking with “whole dish grains” (millet, buckwheat, quinoa, Jobs Tears and more) plus sumptuous sauces, luscious vegetables, and both basic and elegant beans.

This class is Gluten free, Dairy free, and Vegan. I'm not any of those, but believe most of the healing foods fall into those categories.
